1. Go to a participating pharmacy.

2. Present your Member ID Card.
   The codes the pharmacist needs to put into their computer system to process your prescription is on the back of the ID Card.
   
   
3. Pay the reduced price for your prescription.
   Your pharmacist can give you the reduced price when the prescription is processed through their on-line computer system.
   
   IMPORTANT: If your pharmacist has questions on processing your prescription, have them call the Member Services Department toll-free at 1-866-463-6237 and select Option 3.

1. Get a price quote on your prescription.

2. Get an original prescription from your doctor for your medication.
   Have your doctor write your prescription for each of your medications.
   
   
3. Click here and print a copy of the Mail Order Pharmacy forms.
   Complete the requested information on your forms and be sure to enclose your prescription.
   
   
4. Mail the completed, signed forms and prescription(s) to the Mail Order Pharmacy.
   Mail your documents to the address provided on the instruction form.
   
   
5. Receive your prescription.
   All complete orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
