As a Member, you now have access to the same low rates for medical procedures that formerly only large insurance companies could negotiate. Savings benefits range as high as 50% or more on some treatments. You have access to hundreds of thousands of network physicians, medical specialists and hospitals nationwide.

This program IS NOT INSURANCE, nor is it intended to replace insurance. It is a savings benefits rate program that saves Members money provided they are capable of making the reduced payment in full, when services are received. For inpatient and out-patient hospital procedures, Members must be capable of making the reduced payment in full prior to receiving their services.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Select a doctor or hospital.
Click here find a participating doctor in your area.
Make an appointment.
Call the doctor to schedule your appointment. IMPORTANT: For all hospital services, please click here.
Present your Member Letter and Member ID Card
Click here to print your Member Letter and present your letter and Member ID card at the time of your appointment.
Pay the reduced bill.
The provider will call the toll-free number on your Member ID card to verify your eligibility and to calculate the contracted rate for services provided. Then, pay the contracted rate in full at the time of service.
